The problem

Australian property is the largest asset class most people will ever interact with. Yet most buyers and investors make decisions based on gut feel, media hype, or advice from people with a financial interest in the outcome.

The data exists. It is just locked behind expensive institutional tools, scattered across dozens of sources, or presented in ways that require a finance degree to interpret.

What we are building

PropNinja takes publicly available property data and turns it into clear, actionable suburb scores and insights. Every suburb gets a Boom Score, Risk Score, and Stability Score based on 9 weighted metrics.

Right now, we are a free insights platform publishing data-driven analysis every day. Our roadmap leads to a full software platform where you can track suburbs, compare markets, run portfolio scenarios, and get alerts when conditions change.

What “data-driven” means to us

• Every claim is backed by a number or a methodology reference
• We use probability language — “likely”, “tends to”, “historically correlated” — not certainty
• We publish our methodology and explain how scores are computed
• We include a “how we measured this” block wherever metrics are shown
• We never tell you what to buy — we give you the framework to decide
